this page is a dead man's switch style canary.

if the token below is not refreshed within the set window, assume something may be wrong. the token is updated manually via a verified SSH commit. it proves I am alive and active online.

if the page shows ✗ overdue, it means I missed my update window. if you know me personally, please try my usual channels first. then phone number, if you have it.

how I update this: generate a token through a verified SSH push to canary/canary.json, changing both last_update (utc iso) and token (a new random string).
